We have sent a couple of care packages to the Xinyang Orphanage.  There are several services in China that will do this for you.  They have been "anonymous" since we do not have our Letter of Acceptance.  The CCAA does not allow any contact between adoptive parents & the orphanages.  We will send Mei a cake April 20th for her birthday!
